Exercise Northumberland 2 - Report Published

Following the major drone exercise, organised by TCSR to conduct further research into the use of drones in the search for missing persons in May last year, we are very pleased to be able to announce that the report on the exercise has finally been completed and has now been published on our website.

The comprehensive report covers the rationale behind the exercise as well as it's design and implementation. The results are included in full along with an analysis of them and finally recommendations based on that analysis.

We are unaware of any similar research and hope that this report is useful to those using drones in the search for missing persons. We further hope that this may be a launch pad for further data collection and analysis.
